This is how it works

Step 1

Select your phone number

Select a phone number or numbers to use. This includes 1300 numbers. We can also assist in porting your phone umber from your current provider onto our system. During the porting you can simply have your provider forward all calls to your temporary number so that you can start taking advantage of our Hosted PBX.

You can also purchase handsets from our portal if required.

Step 2

Specify users and assign call plans

Specify the number of users that will be using the PBX and assign a call plan for each user. Each user connecting to the system requires a licence.

To make licensing and call plan assignment easy, we have come up with 3 plans that you can choose from. Each of these plans includes all the licencing you need to get you up and running on your new system.

Step 3

Setup a call flow

Using our easy to use self-managed call flow manager, you can setup extensions, ring groups, ring queues and many other complex call routing scenarios.

Our friendly support staff will be more than happy to help you with this.

Flexible pricing structure

With our flexible PBX platform you can assign different call plans to each user in the system.

A monthly Support fee of $11 is charged for each account. This covers unlimited support and assistance with call flow configurations.
